A Message from Gard Jameson: Today we spotlight Nwabufo Francoise, the Ubuntu Village Cameroon Hub Leader, healthcare giver, and Founder of FAHEDEF. She is turning a big African problem into a powerful solution — transforming food waste into value through food processing and value addition. Her initiative has already impacted thousands in her community and is providing a cutting-edge solution to hunger and malnutrition. As she boldly says: “No more rotting of food!” Watch, learn, and be inspired. This is Ubuntu in action.
