Journal Prompt - The Beauty of Letting Go 🍂
October reminds us that even the trees need to let go to make room for new growth. Change can be beautiful, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Reflect: What is one thing you've been carrying that no longer serves you? It might be a worry, an expectation, a grudge, or pressure you've placed on yourself. What would it look like to release it with compassion rather than judgment?
Self-Care Activity - A Fall Reset 🍁
Take 10–15 minutes to step outside and enjoy the changing season. As you walk, find a fallen leaf that catches your eye. Let it represent something you're ready to release.
Think of one small act of kindness you can offer yourself instead, whether that's rest, forgiveness, patience, or simply permission to be where you are.
A little reminder: Just like the seasons, we are allowed to change, grow, slow down, and begin again.
