We’re excited to make the week of October 5 a special Jameson Fellowship Week! With several community events taking place, this will be a wonderful opportunity to connect, meet other fellows, and engage with our broader community.

  • 📖 As we approach next week's Circles of Trust Workshop, please find some helpful reminders for exploring a Hidden Wholeness:
    • Suggested starting point: Chapter 5, The role of the leader and the space of the circle of trust.
    • Use the book as a mirror for exploring your own life.
    • Engage in soul work alongside others.
    • The group’s path through the book is not linear.
    • You can revisit sections to deepen insight.

🫂 Gather Your Circle: Host a conversation at your school, workplace, or home to break the stigma.

Journal Prompt - The Compassion I Almost Missed
Think about a recent moment when someone’s behavior frustrated, disappointed, or confused you. Without excusing anything that hurt you, imagine what you couldn’t see in that moment. What might they have been carrying? Then turn the question toward yourself: What have I been carrying lately that others may not see? Where could I offer both them and myself a little more softness?

Self-Care Activity - The 10-Minute “Nothing to Prove” Break

Set a timer for 10 minutes and intentionally do something with no productive purpose. Sit outside, lie on the floor with your dog, listen to one song with your eyes closed, make tea, doodle, watch the clouds - anything that doesn’t improve, accomplish, organize, or fix something.

For those 10 minutes, your only job is to notice: What does it feel like to exist without needing to earn the rest?
