Jameson Fellow Tuesday Message - 10.20

"True compassion does not come from wanting to help those less fortunate than ourselves but from realizing our kinship with all beings." - Pema Chodron
Dear 2026 Jameson Fellows,
Please take a moment to complete the workshop survey. Your feedback helps us shape the experience for future fellows.

Journal Prompt - What is something you've been expecting yourself to handle perfectly?
How might things change if you gave yourself permission to be human, make mistakes, and learn as you go? Reflect on what showing yourself grace could look like this week.
Self-Care Activity - Take a 10-Minute Pause Just for You. πΏ
Set aside 10 minutes today without distractions, expectations, or a to-do list. Step outside, listen to your favorite song, stretch, or simply sit quietly.
Instead of asking yourself, "What do I need to get done?" ask, "What do I need right now?"
Remember, rest doesn't have to be earned. Taking care of yourself is an act of compassion, too. π
