- Please select the coaching group schedule that best fits your availability and energy for the year. Coaching groups are highly recommended, but optional. If you are unsure which session you can attend most consistently, choose the one you are most confident you can commit to. 🌿 Journal Prompt: “What Do I Actually Need Right Now?”
Instead of asking, “What should I be doing?” Ask: What is draining me the most right now? What would feel supportive (not impressive)? Where am I trying to do it all alone? If I treated myself like someone I love, what would I say? End by writing this sentence and completing it:
“I don’t have to do it all. Today, I can give myself permission to ______.”
Be gentle with yourself. You deserve peace as much as you fight to give it to others.
💕 Self-Care Activity: 5-5-5 Reset
Take 5 slow breaths.
Name 5 things you can see.
Roll your shoulders for 5 seconds.
That’s it. Simple. Regulate first - solve later.
