JF Tuesday Message - March 31
"I think when we are really mindful, we canât help but be compassionate." - S. Helen Mall

Dear 2026 Jameson Fellows, Happy March! We are observing Women's History Month.
If you haven't already, please complete your Enneagram Assessment using the unique code Mackenzie sent. Your deadline is today. We encourage you to read The Enneagram Guide to Waking Up (distributed at the Leadership Summit), especially the section on your type. If youâd like, invite someone close to you to explore it alongside you - it can open up meaningful conversation and insight.
đ We're reaching the end of our March Towards Compassion Challenge!
Throughout March, each fellow will take the lead on one assigned day in the Compassionate LV Hub (Kajabi), guiding the cohort through a meaningful challenge, personal reflection, or thought-provoking question designed to inspire others to respond and participate. The fellow who engages most consistently throughout the month will receive a special prize at the end of the challenge.
More details are posted on Kajabi, including your assigned days. Please log in to learn more, or click the button below!

đż Journal Prompt: âWhere in my life am I being hardest on myself right now, and what would it sound like if I spoke to myself with kindness instead?â
If you want to go a bit deeper, follow it with: What am I afraid would happen if I let up on myself? Is that actually true?
đ Self-Care Activity: âKindness Check-Inâ
- Sit somewhere quiet and take a few slow breaths.
- Bring to mind something youâve been struggling with (big or small).
- Place a hand on your chest or on a comforting spot.
- Silently say to yourself:
- âThis is a hard moment.â
- âItâs okay to feel this.â
- âI can be kind to myself right now.â
- Then ask: What do I need most in this moment? (Rest? Encouragement? A break? A small action?)
- Give yourself one small version of that.
